Environmental Stewardship
Grant Priority AreaProtecting the environment and preserving Alabama’s abundant natural resources are ongoing priorities of EBSCO Community Impact. We believe that safeguarding our water and air, conserving land, maintaining public green spaces, and ensuring a clean environment are essential for personal health and vibrant communities.
We prioritize funding to organizations and initiatives that are:
- Dedicated to safeguarding Alabama’s natural resources and championing policy initiatives that protect our environment for future generations.
- Implementing measures to monitor and improve air quality, promoting a healthier environment for all residents.
- Preserving natural spaces that educate the public about the natural world.
- Protecting Alabama’s rivers and water resources to ensure clean water for public health, recreation, and wildlife habitat.
